As we compete on a limited budget, we are always searching for local, national and international support to help build on our success.

We are looking for companies that share our passion for winning and are dedicated to achieving results.

A partnership in motorsport with us will provide an exciting opportunity to grow product placement in a variety of different ways, and with the added thrill of watching racing close up, you have a winning combination. Motorsports sponsorship is an extremely effective promotional tool, with many successful companies using it to stimulate consumer interest, which in turn, generates sales.

To give you some idea's of the projected costs involved for a season:

Whilst these are our known costs, we know that there will be unexpected costs throughout the season, to cover breakdowns and to replace parts etc. We are always on the hunt for products that will give us an edge over the competition.

We are more than happy to discuss any possible involvement with you, be that financial or otherwise.

I must stress, that we are flexible in the level of sponsorship on offer. We would hope to be able to offer something to suit all budgets.

Below are a few examples as to what is possible, but this is by no means exhaustive.


1. For just £1000 you can become one of our “Commercial Partners”

We have run our Commercial Partners scheme since 2009, and it provides businesses with an entry level into Motor Sport.

This is a platform that can be used for staff motivation/reward, and for taking clients on racing weekends, giving them something that they would not normally experience.

Companies that use motorsports sponsorship as part of their employee reward and incentive programs experience increased productivity. Treating employees to a fun day of racing excitement is an excellent way to boost morale and to thank them for their hard work.

Our £1000 Package includes:

• Your company name/logo on our race car/Race Suit (Positions to be identified).
• Your company name/logo on our motor-home and service van.
• Your company profile and Website link on our website, Face Book page and the Nippon Challenge website.
• Two tickets to a race of your choice, where you and your business colleagues can meet the teams & drivers. (Paddock and Pit access)
• Regular race reports with photos and details from each race.
• Access to media for company marketing literature or advertising. (Consists of video and stills from each race). Videos will be available to be branded with your company details.
• Dedicated press release to announce your exclusive sponsorship of the team.
• Dependant on race fixtures/repairs, the car could be available for display purposes at your premises or for trade shows.
• Market sector exclusivity for your company.

With joint promotion via our website and yours, we can provide data on the site traffic and unique visitors to your site, and report back on a weekly or monthly basis.

2. Sponsor the car for a race day.

This can be an ideal way to sample the team and its services for a minimal outlay of £250. Your company logo will be displayed in a prominent position and be a minimum size of 100 x 200mm. Your company will be listed as a sponsor in the pre-race press release.

3. Part Season Sponsorship.

This provides the flexibility for you to support the team for 2 or more rounds of the race series for a minimum outlay of £500. Your logo will adorn one of the car’s side panels and be a minimum size of 150 x 350mm. Your company will be listed as a sponsor in any correspondence issued before and after the races.

4. Sponsorship of the season.

Given the “known” costs for a season, each one of these is available for sponsorship.

Fuel, transportation, tyres and entry fees can be sponsored for the season or per race. A cost breakdown can be provided on a race by race basis. You will have the choice of positioning on the car, and your company will be listed as a main sponsor and feature in all PR throughout the season

5. Supply goods in return for product placement and marketing.

If your products would be of benefit to our team, we could act as a mobile advertisement for your business. In return for providing goods to an agreed limit, we would offer product placement, and media coverage. As part of our sponsorship with Total Impreza, we are able to produce technical features in addition to the coverage obtained from the race reports. As the Nippon Challenge is directly related to your product area, you’d be involved with your target consumers.

6. Sponsorship on the car.

In addition to the above, the car is available to carry your company logo, in return for a fee. Prices start at £150, and the locations available can be seen on the picture below.

Options 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 would also include elements of the “Commercial Partner” scheme (*dependant on the level of contributions and package chosen)

Motorsports sponsorship provides wide exposure in broadcast, print and electronic media. This exposure creates positive publicity and heightens visibility of your company's products and services. In addition to general coverage in the motorsport press, the ongoing sponsorship deal with “Total Impreza”, ensures there is guaranteed coverage of our races with reports and results.



To give you some idea of the number of people that would see your business advertised on the car, here are the circulation figures for the publications where the “Nippon Challenge” and Vaughan feature.

In addition to these figures, are the thousands of people that see the car being taken to and from the track, by those who attend the race events, and the people who view the races on television.

We understand that placing your company name on something doesn't necessarily generate revenue, and we know that any financial involvement will need to be carefully evaluated against company criteria and budgets. However the act of sponsoring a racing driver or team produces a significant competitor differentiation. Your company name can stand out head and shoulders above your competition, as motorsports sponsorship often generates publicity that could not be bought.
